A smoothie a day is a great way to add green leafy vegetables to our diet. Even my kids started to drink mummy’s kale spinach smoothie.
Earlier it was impossible to get them to eat spinach and kale in a salad or cooked. But if it is in a smoothie, that is different! They drink this delicious green smoothie with me. My son asked the other day, what is in the smoothie? I told him the ingredients.
His response: ‘Oh, spinach! I love spinach!’
